INGREDIENTS: Milk proteins (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin); powdered egg white; wheat flour (gluten); pre-cooked barley flour (gluten); baking powder (pyrophosphate and baking soda, starch and wheat flour (contains: wheat)); polydextrose; salt ; thickener: xanthan gum; aroma; sweeteners: acesulfame potassium and sucralose; anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate. May contain traces of: nuts, soy and celery.
PREPARATION ADVICE: In a shaker containing 60 ml of cold water, add the contents of 2 rounded scoops and shake. Pour into a hot non-stick pan and cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
To be consumed quickly after preparation.
