Yes we do! At the checkout you can choose which country you would like your order sent to, there can be shipping charges.
However, please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the Europe.
HOW LONG DOES STANDART SHIPPING TAKE IN EUROPE?
In Spain it takes 24-48 hours, In Europe between 3-7 business days, however this can take longer depending on which state you are in.

All orders sent within local delivery Spain:
Pack of 1 to 3 pots (up to 1,5 kg) - 5 euros postage rate
Pack of 4 to 8 pots (up to 5 kg) - Free delivery.
All orders sent within Europe and UK:
Pack of 1 to 7 pots will be charged a flat postage rate of 10 euros.
Pack of two months supply 8 pots - Free delivery.
All orders sent within USA:
Pack of 4 pots (up to 2 kg) - 30 euros postage rate.
Pack of 5-7 pots (2,5 kg up to 3,9 kg) - 35 euros postage rate.
Pack of 8 -15 pots (4 kg up to 9 kg) - 50 euros postage rate.

Orders will be processed during business hours (Monday – Friday). Orders received out of business hours will be processed the following working day.
Viridi Shop will not be held accountable in the event a customer has provided an incorrect shipping address. Should this happen and the product is returned to Viridi Shop, the customer will be required to pay for postage prior to resending the package. Should the product be lost in transit due to an incorrectly provided shipping address, no refund will be authorised.
If you realise that you provide us the wrong address please get in contact with us. Send us an email with your order number and the new address and we will change it for you. Make sure you send it as soon as you have placed the order as some orders are processed as sent the same day.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER / GET A REFUND?
Food is under traceability control and it can not be returned or resold.
Refunds will be provided in circumstances that are seen as acceptable by Viridi Shop. To evaluate refund option we may ask to provide us pictures, description, proof of purchase or send the item back for inspection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Perceived ‘lack of results’ will not be accepted as reason for refund. Shipping costs will not be included in refunds.
Our policy lasts 14 days in Europe and 30 days for USA. If 14 o 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
