Refund policy

Our product is a perishable good (food). Unfortunately we cannot accept returns.  

Our product is natural with no artificial preservatives, it has a 12 months of shelf life, and is closed in sterile vacuum atmosphere. Once opened it should be stored in fridge and consumed within 14 days. 

The jelly has nice brown colour and texture is uniform and humid.

We offer a 7-days claim policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your Viridi to claim any anomaly of the product. 

To be eligible for a money return in case of quality issues you can contact us at, please provide us photo picture of the open product unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to claim the item you have, and once the claim is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the product cost, the costs of shipping is excluded from refund policy.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
